Hornady brand pure lead .520 diameter round balls, quantity of 100. Swedged instead of cast, so no sprue to worry about. Good for 28 gauge (54 cal) smoothbore barrels, and Ryan also prefers these with a Colerain .54 caliber rifled barrel, with .018 pillow ticking or .020 patch. This smaller ball and thicker patch combination loads easily and gives a good gas seal in the deeper rifling of the Colerain barrels.
