From the Ron Scott collection. Investment cast in German silver, two inlays from a Jaeger rifle, to be put on each end of a wooden patchbox door. Nicely chiseled. The hole in the forward inlay is for a patchbox release button. Dimensions of the forward end inlay: 2 15/16" long X 1 1/16" wide. Rear end inlay dimensions 2 1/2" long X 1 1/4" wide.
