Type D French Dragoon triggerguard in brass. Features lovely vase finial with decorative beveling cast into the guard. For French period 1730 to 1760 appearing plain on standard military weapons and engraved on higher quality officers models. 7 1/4" overall length, 2 3/16" bow length and 1 1/16" bow depth.
